In keeping with our stated goal of TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, it is MEPCO's mission to provide customers with the highest level of service, quality, and competitive rates. Mepco strives to increase the quality of a customer's product while increasing product value.
Our customer service representatives have been trained to be both courteous and technically proficient. They understand design, material, adhesives and inks that will insure proper application of the customer's label to their product or container. They are also trained to sell label application equipment and thermal transfer products. For every customer there is also a experienced Outside Sales Represenative that will work to fulfill every customers needs. They can help with new product application and design, whether it be testing new materials or mocking up a sample design. Problem resolution is also a strong point for our customer service whether it is a new or old problem we will work with you to come up with a efficient resolution. |
